Hommer Tool & Manufacturing Holds Open Houses

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Illinois, June 1, 2006 . . . Hommer Tool & Manufacturing, Inc., a leading maker of custom mold-ready components, recently held an open house for local customers and the families and friends of employees in its newly expanded and updated facility. This was the first of a series of open houses scheduled over the next three months. Later events will be held in conjunction with NPE 2006: The International Plastics Showcase, in late June and the International Machine Technology Show (IMTS), in early September.

The May event was Hommer’s first open house in 12 years, and visitors were impressed with the new, expanded facility with its added equipment and twice as much working space.

Hommer’s custom-made mold-ready components are used by a diverse number of manufacturers who produce a wide variety of products serving the medical, dental, pharmaceutical, consumer, and industrial markets.
